Age requirement — 18+
OZYMP gel blasters are adult products. You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Orders placed by minors are cancelled and refunded.
Orange muzzle tip — US 15 CFR 1150
Every OZYMP blaster ships with a non-removable orange muzzle tip (or an equivalent permanently bright marking), as required for imitation firearms under US federal regulation 15 CFR 1150. Never remove, paint over or cover the orange tip — doing so may be illegal where you live.
Toy product only — not a firearm
All OZYMP products are recreational toy blasters. They are not firearms, cannot fire live ammunition, and are not designed to be converted into one. They discharge 7–8 mm water-absorbent gel balls only.
Shipping restrictions
We ship to the United States and the European destinations listed at checkout. We do not ship to:
- Australia (gel blasters are regulated or prohibited in several states)
- Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR
- Any country outside our published destination list
Within the United States, some states and cities restrict imitation firearms. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local rules before ordering. We may cancel and refund any order addressed to a restricted location.
Safe use
- Always wear eye protection.
- Never aim at people or animals not taking part in the game.
- Never carry or display the blaster in public — it closely resembles a real firearm.
- Store unloaded and out of the reach of children.
