Where We Ship
We ship from our fulfilment partners to the following destinations:
- United States (48 contiguous states)
- United Kingdom
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden
We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands or military / diplomatic post offices (AA, AE, AP). We also cannot ship to any country not listed above — including Australia, mainland China, Japan, New Zealand and Canada. Orders to unsupported destinations are cancelled and refunded in full.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Made-to-order OZYMP FORGE builds take 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Estimates
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 8–15 business days
- European Union: 8–18 business days
Estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Customs inspection, weather and peak-season congestion can extend these windows.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden handling fee. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking
Where your chosen shipping option includes tracking, the number is emailed to you within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Some economy routes ship without tracking. If tracking has not arrived after 5 business days, email hello@ozymp.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance fees set by your country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels at their actual order value and cannot mark shipments as “gift” or under-declare value.
Compliance Notice
Every gel blaster we sell ships as a recreational toy / sport product: it is not a firearm and cannot fire live ammunition, and it carries a permanently marked blaze-orange muzzle as required by U.S. regulation 15 CFR 1150. Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that this product is legal to buy, own, use and import at your delivery address. Please read our Safety & Compliance page before ordering, and check your local and state laws — restrictions differ by country, state and city.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
- Delayed: if tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Lost: if the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Damaged in transit: send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected item.
